TYPES OF FORKLIFTS AVAILABLE TO RENT

When you need to quickly move heavier pallets throughout a warehouse or in and out of trailers, regular push dollies and pallet jacks may not work. A similar challenge applies when you are moving heavy loads on a construction site. Renting a forklift provides your team the proper equipment to efficiently move, stack and retrieve products and materials for short distances in a storage facility, distribution center or at a job site. Following are a list of forklifts available for rent and common uses:

4-Wheel Sit-Down Electric Forklifts

The most common lift trucks for material handling inside warehouses and other facilities.

3-Wheel Electric Forklifts

Forklifts with three wheels that enable operators to move materials within narrow aisles and tight spaces more easily.

Stand-Up Electric Forklifts

Stand-up forklifts are designed to operate in more narrow aisles than sit-down forklift trucks. Stand-up forklift trucks are ideal for applications that require your driver to get on and off the forklift frequently.

Pallet Jacks & Walkie Stackers

These types of forklifts are used to transport pallets at ground level. Pallet jacks and walkie stackers come in both manual and electric.

Heavy-Duty Forklifts

Heavy duty forklifts are designed to lift high-capacity loads up to 100,000 pounds. Heavy duty forklifts are best used in pipe, steel, rail and port operations, as well as lumber and manufacturing industries.

Propane Gas (IC) Cushion Tire Forklifts

Internal combustion (IC) forklift lifts are powered by propane, gas or diesel fuel. These forklifts are often used to move pallets and materials on and off trailers, both indoors and outdoors.

Pneumatic Tire Forklifts

Pneumatic forklifts are designed for outdoor applications like lumber yards, ports, rail yards, and construction sites. These types of forklifts are great on tough or uneven terrain.

Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks

Narrow aisle reach truck are able to reach to fully extended heights. These lift trucks use their forks to reach or put away pallets in high reach locations.

Turret Trucks

Turret trucks are ideal for warehouses and distribution centers with very narrow aisles (VNA). Turret Trucks allow operators to access pallets from a side position in aisles less than 6 feet wide.

Order Pickers

Order pickers help to lift operators up to a platform so they can safely and easily pick their items from warehouse aisles.
